Grindelwald VR offers virtual reality experiences for entertainment purposes. Details, duration, and prices are shown on the website at the time of booking.

Bookings & Payment

Bookings are made online and must be paid in advance using the available payment methods.

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and a confirmation email is sent.

Cancellations

Bookings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling or credit vouchers may be offered at our discretion if sufficient notice is given (usually at least 24 hours before the booking time).

No refunds or credits are granted for late arrivals or no-shows.

Participation & Safety

Participants must follow all instructions.

We may refuse or stop participation if a person behaves unsafely, disruptively, or appears unfit to participate.

Certain experiences may not be suitable for people with medical conditions such as epilepsy or severe motion sickness. Participation is at your own responsibility.

Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we exclude liability for minor negligence. Liability for gross negligence or intent remains unaffected.

We are not responsible for personal belongings.

Minors

Minors may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian and in accordance with any stated age limits.
